Smaller Parts of a Larger Whole

Kingston Graphic Design Degree Show 2019

Though units are discrete and often divisible, they hold potential within themselves to combine and transform. By definition, a unit will overcome itself to become part of a larger, more complex whole.

Units is the graduate showcase of Kingston School of Art’s final year Graphic Design students. Stubborn in any one definition, we are: designers, makers, thinkers, researchers, builders, teachers, learners, activists, filmmakers, photographers and more. Units will look to present our recent and ongoing practice, as individual parts and a collective whole. We hope that you can join us for the show.

Who we are?

We are 81 Graphic Design Students from Kingston University.

Where will the money go?

We've been fundraising over the past two years in order to raise money for our final degree show.

We still have £10,000 to raise towards our show. Our complete show costs are in the forms of:

  • Publication - £4,000
  • Venue hire £6,000
  • Build - £2,000
  • Transportation/Van Hire/Petrol - £550
  • Hospitality - £1,000
  • Invitations & Promotion - £500
  • Website & Email - £70
  • Branding - £60

If we have any additional funds left over after the show, this will be passed down for the 2020 Kingston Graphics Degree Show.
